We arrange and provide conference halls in accordance with plans and requirements; provide convention offices and facilities, including furniture, equipment, and communications. Audiovisual equipment in conference halls provided in accordance to individual convention requirements; we provide signposting, banners, lighting, decoration; stands booths counters, sign stands, etc. We arrange and oversee technicians, carriage "MOVERS", simultaneous translators, pressroom, and communications systems for participants including phones, fax, Internet, video conferencing, and organization intranet for management.

We provide attendants for information and registration booths, at conference halls entries, hotel lobby; VIP escorts, stewards, technicians, security personnel and telemarketing personnel.
